How We Do It
There are three phases to the directional drilling process.
- Phase 1: A small pilot hole is drilled at the start of the designated path and continues underground until it reaches the endpoint of the path.
- Phase 2: The diameter of the pilot hole is enlarged so the material (cable, conduit, pipe, etc…) can fit through from the origin point to the endpoint.
- Phase 3: The material is fed through the horizontally drilled, underground path from the origin point to the endpoint.
